Lisa provides enjoyable and inclusive dance and fitness classes designed for all skill levels. Whether you're new to dance or looking to refine your technique, our classes are full of fun and interest. Especially designed to accommodate those with no prior knowledge, our programs are crafted to inspire and engage. We are delighted to continue with our highly popular improver Silver Swan adult ballet classes at Quy Village Hall on Tuesday mornings. ***A waiting list for new clients is in place for this course.*** . These qualified, insured, safeguarded classes are adapted for over 55’s, but you don’t need any prior experience to join. Experience the perfect blend of fun and professionalism in a supportive environment that fosters growth and creativity. This class builds upon foundation level technique choreography in the form of recognised repertoire, so it is ideal for those who continue to study ballet or those who wish to maximise their time in the studio whilst still being able to work at their own personal level.
