Silver Swan Cuban Contemporary, mixed level 30 min taster course. Quy Village Hall Tuesday at 9.15am. EARLYBIRD CLASS - £1 to join the waiting list. Classes will run with 8 or more clients. These Cuban contemporary style dance sessions is based on "técnica" It is a fundamental body flow that gives Cuban dance its unique, natural, and rhythmic character and gives a Latin flavour to this class. It provides all the discipline and health benefits of classical ballet whilst incorporating the hips and ribcage, utilising tilt, contraction and diagonal lines for a total body workout. Lisa provides enjoyable and inclusive dance and fitness classes designed for all skill levels. Whether you're new to dance or looking to refine your technique, our classes are full of fun and interest. Especially designed to accommodate those with no prior knowledge, our programs are crafted to inspire and engage. The new term starts in September 2026 for 12 weeks. These qualified, insured, safeguarded classes are adapted for over 55’s, but you don’t need to be, nor have any prior experience to join. Experience the perfect blend of fun and professionalism in a supportive environment that fosters growth and creativity. This class is for foundation level technique so it is ideal for absolutely everybody including those with no prior experience, those who have studied a little ballet before or those who wish to have a gentle return to the studio.
