Lisa provides enjoyable and inclusive dance and fitness classes designed for all skill levels. Whether you're new to dance or looking to refine your technique, our classes are full of fun and interest. Especially designed to accommodate those with no prior knowledge, our programs are crafted to inspire and engage. We are pleased to continue Silver Swan adult ballet classes at Balsham Church Institute on Monday afternoons at 4pm. The new term starts in early January 2026 for 12 weeks. These qualified, insured, safeguarded classes are adapted for over 55’s, but you don’t need any prior experience to join. Experience the perfect blend of fun and professionalism in a supportive environment that fosters growth and creativity. This class is for foundation level technique with choreography, so it is idealfor those who have never studied ballet, those who wish to have a gentle return to the studio or those who wish to build on their current knowledge.
