This Cuban contemporary dance course is based on "técnica" It is a fundamental body flow that gives Cuban dance its unique, natural, and rhythmic character and gives a Latin flavour to this class. It provides all the discipline and health benefits of classical ballet whilst incorporating the hips and ribcage, utilising tilt, contraction and diagonal lines for a total body workout. Heavy drum based rhythms from Cuba and its environs, compliment the session leaving you uplifted and refreshed.
