Barre Zero is a strengthening circuit incorporating the principles of a traditional ballet barre and good alignment. It is designed to get you started and or complement your ballet class. The Zero tag infers no prior body knowledge or skill allowing you to begin your fitness journey without feeling like you are falling behind. Regardless of age stage or capacity, you can work at your own level within class. No equipment is required but please bring a mat if you wish to work at progression level.
