Silver Swan Abs begs level 45 min class. Wesley Church Monday at 9am. Lisa provides enjoyable and inclusive dance and fitness classes designed for all skill levels. Whether you're new to dance or looking to refine your technique, our classes are full of fun and interest. Especially designed to accommodate those with no prior knowledge, our programs are crafted to inspire and engage. We are excited to introduce our brand new absolute beginners Silver Swan adult ballet classes at Wesley Church Hall (Refectory) on Monday mornings at 9am. The new term starts mid April 2026 for 12 weeks. These qualified, insured, safeguarded classes are adapted for over 55’s, but you don’t need to be nor have any prior experience to join. Experience the perfect blend of fun and professionalism in a supportive environment that fosters growth and creativity. This class is for foundation level technique without choreography, so it is ideal for those who have never studied ballet or those who wish to have a very gentle return to the studio.
