TASTER Oct 23rd Cuban Contemporary 10.30 - 12.00 (£18) TASTER. A chance to dance to the complex indulgent rhythms of Cuban drums and music whilst exercising. A fun, no pressure class that will leave you feeling energised and ready to face the day. Suitable for all adults of any age. Please scroll down and send a message of interest to register.
